I recently met her in Frankfurt.  It was my 2nd session ever and it was awesome!! She is very friendly and setting up the session was easy.

When I arrived everything went smooth. She greeted me in training clothes and we chatted for a moment. Then I changed my clothes and she undressed to a bikini. She looks awesome!! Her physique was simply stunning.. not overdoing it but very nice. Her abs looked fantastic and her quads are just huge.

I booked a jiujitsu session with Knockouts and I did not fight back in anyway.  She put me from hold to hold without break and she is really good at it. Her armbars had me tapping in seconds as well as all of her chokes. Her triangle chokes are super tight and she KOed me within just a few seconds (she said I was out in 4 seconds).   I really loved it. In total she KOed me 3 times with it. I can only recommend you to let her do a triangle on you. Her legs are really perfect and deadly especially her quads (with some popping veins you can look at while getting squeezed out).

Besides the jiujitsu moves she does not really know wrestling holds but that was fine for me.

Her jiujitsu skill level is really high and I really reccomend you guys doing a session with her.

Hi Ecki,

Your welcome.  For me it was pure domination (which she really seems to enjoy) but I think she would also do it playful.

I dont know if she allows to fight back I did not ask for it. But if you don't got any martial arts experience I guess she will end up dominating you anyways

She charged me 400 € for 1 h. Dont know if she charged me extra because I requested KOs.

But seriously if you are into beeing KOed shes perfect.

I recently had a session with Strong n Tasty and I wanna share it with it you.
To set up the session was a easy, good contact. She wanted a deposit like most sessiongirls and which I think is totally fair. I set up a muscle worship and lift and carry session. I was quite nervous cause on pictures she looks really beautiful. When she opened she had a big beautiful smile on her face and was very friendly, greeting me with a hug. We started talking about what I would like to do and she started showing of her muscles and flexing them. She is not shy showing off and was very friendly all the time. After I got changed in the bathroom we started with muscle worship. She didn't give me any bad signs and let me touch her biceps and worship her pecs, arms and legs. Sometimes she squeezed me with her arms to demonstrate how strong she is. She is definitely strong!
She asked me to tell her what I like to do. I asked her to show me a little of her abilities to l&c a guy. I'm not the lightest guy (160 pounds) and I'm quite tall 6'0. She started to do a cradle. The only hard part to her was that I am tall cause it's harder to get a good grip. But she could cradle me without difficulties. Then we did a shoulder ride and she did squats. She has strong legs... wow. She squatted me like I was nothing.
She always asked me what I would like to try and was pretty talkative when we did short pauses. She is easy to talk to and totally down to earth. After that she we tried a piggyback. There wasn't even the smallest sign that she would have difficulties with it. I felt like she could do this all day. Then she tried to do push-ups with me sitting on her back. This one is really hard and I wondered how a human could possible do this at all.. cause I wouldn't be able to do even one, I think. She could do it several times. I didn't count it cause I was so impressed that she could do it. The last thing we tried were Donkey Calf Raises which she did without difficulties too. She did it very short pauses in between went on as long as I wanted to try it.
Then we talked quite a bit (she is not a clock watcher). I have to say she is such a beautiful human being, friendly, honest, clever with a smile to die for. If she comes back to me area I will do a session with her again. I highly recommend her.

You're welcome. Sorry for the delay. I did not ask her about that. But based on how she looks (she's stunning) I would not hope she will get much bigger. She's very feminine and by some point lots of fbbs lose that feminine part. I'm not the biggest fan of that effect. But mail her, she's very friendly. It could take her some time to answer when she's busy... but I can imagine she'd reply on that.

I didn't ask for hj or kissing but that wasn't my interest. But according to what she told I'd say her sensuality doesn't go that far. That means: Beyond touching and kissing her muscles nothing will happen. Like I said.. she is not shy about that at all but I'm pretty sure touching the wrong areas is unacceptable for her. She told me about some guys not playing by the rules touching her between the legs and trying to make her having sex with them. She told me she stopped the session, gave them back their money and told them to leave. And she's right cause her limits are clear. She will make sure that you have a good session with her as long as you play by her rules.

I don't know how I ignored posting this:  Just saw S&T and she's fantastic. Very attractive, pleasant to be around and incredibly strong for her size. She can be short with her e-mails/communication (probably doesn't like chatting with time wasters) but she's much friendlier in person. She doesn't have the kind of intimidating attitude/presence as Tapered Physique, but her physique is in better looking shape (she competes where as TP sessions full time and has pretty much stopped competing) and she's every bit as strong as TP, I think.

Anyone near any city she's visiting should try to schedule with her. I only wish she was based in the US.
