I reckon a lot of those photos are at least several years old and she is no longer as lean/ripped/muscular as some of those pics purport. There are a few pics there that suggest she may be rather more wrinkly and flabby than you'd perhaps hope.

My general rule of thumb with any profile is to assume they will look like their worst and most unflattering photo.

Still, I'm sure she is a very competent Mistress and is probably quite strong in comparison to your average middle-aged lady.

I have known her for 12 years, I worked at the Toronto Pro SuperShow since 2011 and that is where I met her when she was still an amateur. We are really good friends and she is my trainer. No, I have not had any sessions with her, but I have worked out with her. She is an absolute beast in the gym. I mean, you have to be if you are an IFBB Pro in general, never mind being an OLYMPIAN.
