I'm not exactly certain she is fully booked, as she has incentive to project that image whether it is true or not. At those prices, image management is essential. Sure, it's possible she has cornered the high end Amazon market, but I don't have enough data to assess the plausibility of this. Maybe emailing her close to her session dates is a better indication.

Beauty is in the eye of the beholder and so is value. Why session with 20 guys over 4-5 days when you can session with  4/5 or 6 over 1-2 days and get the same coin. ( And equivalent ratios of organising and getting dicked around) way lower overheads for travel as well. She's way out of my price range but good on her if she is getting her price and she appears to be leaving some happy customers behind..... Purely supply and demand in the ADL market and she is controlling supply!
