Must be a nightmare for her to respond to all these non-portugese speakers and when you schedule a long tour it's very difficult to be organised especially when its your first time offering sessions.

In writing, not speaking a language is no excuse. There are many translators available.
It is clear that she was overwhelmed by the number of emails she received after publishing her dates.
But she is not Taylor Swift, and we are not among her nearly 300 million followers.
Even if Avalon Woman received 200 emails, in less than a day, each one of them could have been answered.

The Portuguese language is not an excuse. She's travelling to cities where they don't speak Portuguese or Spanish. If she can't reply to emails in English, how's she gonna communicate with her clients?

..think that is best solution to contact anyone ,who speaks only little english....?!

not much small-talk this way ,but talking al lot isn`t the main reason for a session anyway....

She's the real deal. It was the best session, yes communication was not the best, but that's because she's translating everything and that get slow, but I'm not complaining because this level of competitor in her current shape is almost impossible to find these days. Don't miss an opportunity to see her, she's very professional, its just the translation is a struggle for her to deal with right now, maybe you can pre translate your requests to her in Brazilian Portuguese to help simplify her workflow.
