I've had several dealings with her. She's stood me up 3 times. She still owes me a deposit. It's not nearly as big as what she owes eagle and I'm so fed up with dealing with her that I've stopped wasting my time waiting for her to "make good" on it. It's just not worth it to me anymore.

Saying she should stop canceling on people while keeping their deposit isn't trashing someone, IMO. I don't think it's a lot to ask out of someone.

I don't know why you've been making snarky comments here since the beginning of the year and channeling your frustrations through Eagles65, rather than leading with that? Would you mind messaging me enough for her to ID you, like partial email address and city, and I'll check with her what's up? I have helped other members. And to be clear, I don't disagree with how you feel about the matter.

Welcome one-post guy! You either didn't read everything I wrote or you lack comprehension. Would a simp (someone who shows excessive attention and sympathy towards another person, usually someone who doesn't reciprocate the same feelings) recommend going with the minimum deposit in light of her issues? No, they wouldn't.

I just feel bad for the guy because he contributed $500 to the Ms Melissa Tornado Relief Fund or whatever and STILL gets stiffed.

As do I. I'm trying to help her and us. You can go back two years and see my initial efforts informing her of complaints and asking for an explanation/resolution. And I'm not the only one, others of you have done the same thing. I wasn't looking to make her a cause. I'm not getting anything out of this. I legitimately feel that she's a good person who found herself in a hole, and I've been trying to help her dig out. I don't think it would shock anyone to discover that her organizational skills are lacking. Everyone who's had problems with her has a point. But the way I look at it, if she goes out of business or worse, then you actually will be stiffed. That doesn't benefit any of us.

Bruce321 I do appreciate your efforts. I believe you are a very good person with a huge heart. I don't know what the future will bring. I hope I get my session. But it has been a year and a half so I am loosing hope. Also other ladies like Michelle Dornon are running scams. I know there is a difference between Ms Mellisa's situation and Michelle's but it just compounds the problem. I agree that nobody will benefit if Ms Mellisa stops doing sessions. I concern is even bigger. What if the industry collapses?

I don't think saying that it's common professionalism to return a deposit is snarky. I understand why women take deposits. There are just way too many time wasting guys that they absolutely have to. But the people she's been screwing over are the honest people who are putting 50-100% deposits and are showing up on time.

I've dealt with her enough times over the years that I should be able to contact her as an acquaintance over a simple issue like this and she should reply. As it is, it's become fairly one sided and I've just become another guy whose bank account she's used and abused. I appreciate what you've done for people here, but the amount she now owes me is small enough that it's not worth anyone's effort to recover. It's more about the times that I've been stood up for an appointment and she can't even bring herself to say sorry.

I'm simply fed up with her and I don't really want to deal with her at all anymore.

3x. The first was a long time ago.

Thr 2nd/3rd times were more recent and they happened in back to back instances. Basically 3rd time it happened was supposed to be a meeting to make up for the 2nd time it happened, but I was stood up on that as well. Didn't even get an apology.

I basically had it after that and told myself "Never again". Just outright disrespect of a person's time. I'm done interacting with her.

I have an update on the refund Ms Mellisa offered. She just sent it and I received it. Not only did she refund the full price of the session but she also gave me the $500 I gave her so she could go to Europe after a tornado devastated her community. Ms Melissa stepped up and I applaud her. I also want to apologize for everything I have posted. I also want to state that Ms Melissa wrote a gracious email. She was the bigger person. It's time for me to eat crow. Bruce321 please lay into me. I deserve it. Well that is about it. I hope everyone has a great weekend.
