She has scheduled visits to my city several times over the last few years but I always resist the strong urge I have to book with her because of the stories of delayed trips and missed appointments told here. There is the cost of the deposit, which some people say has not been returned, but instead led to a rescheduled session, which may never occur. And then there are stories like LAJeff's, where a 10 pm 2 hour session is delayed past midnight, and may not end until 2 am. (At least,  as a small benefit, I assume that LA traffic is marginally lighter between 2 and 4 am.) It costs me a day's work when I schedule a session. I can afford it, but if the session doesn't take place, I'm out of pocket for nothing. No thanks, I'll schedule with someone reliable and well organized instead.

Melissa always possessed qualities which set her apart even back when many more ladies on her level were offering sessions. This naturally lent her a certain amount of leverage, which I suppose I'm guilty of indulging as much as anyone. A guy's calculus for just how much he's willing to put up with in exchange for spending time with her will of course vary. I have yet to come away feeling more than vaguely singed by the experience, this thred is peppered with testimonials from guys who can't say the same. The real problem is her schtick isn't as blatant as the stuff that traditionally will get you quickly booted from sg (wb270 before that), I do feel sorry for the guys who aren't aware of the slot machine they're stepping up to.

Regardless of how good her physique is or what she offers, I simply will not give a sessionnette who doesn't respect my time any of my money or attention. There are so many other good session providers out there that quite frankly I don't think anyone should gamble with her.

LAJeff, I am so sorry you had to deal with that. I frequently visit L.A. and commuting ANYWHERE within the city is a nightmare. Also, having a session at MIDNIGHT is completely ridiculous.

And while I have read comments from people saying things like "she wasn't trying to string you along, she is just trying to clean up stuff!," again, this is a REPEATED trend with her. And if it were the case where a client ran late, something in the room broke, or she just had a case of the shits from a bad dinner, it is on them to communicate with the client and to give an accurate and honest assessment of how long a delay would be. I am pretty sure if deposits and bookings completely ran dry because of that flakiness, she would immediately change her tune. But unless that happens, nothing will change.

I feel a sense of comfort to be in the Los Angeles area since it has a substantial number of people, opportunities, and information available (thank you Saradas and those posting with comprehensive and accurate information).
I often see that Vegas would also have many options for people looking for a provider (Right, VegasAce?).

For the record this is a bad example and not how most people actually deal with folks who provide a a highly specialized service. If we're in need of technical, hospital, or legal services we wait, with very good reason. I'm obviously not really analogizing MM to those, just pointing out guys seeking her out know they can't walk 200 feet and find another one of her.

I always appreciate your posts, BoW, but this one is wrong. Point one, that we wait hospital services, like an MRI, that's true, but that's for a limited number of machines. My lawyers always keep their schedules on time. If I'm 15 minutes late for a client, I'm apologizing and explaining, and it doesn't happen twice.

The second point, that there is not a Ms Melisa on every corner, yeah, but that's what the money is for. The best and most telling comparison is what is the standard of timeliness in her own profession. None of the session providers I've seen have been two hours late unless there is an airline to blame. And she is known for this behaviour. It's her trademark.

And I'm now curious which hospital emerg you've ever been in that ran efficiently. Anyway, I was explaining how guys (often) rationalize her antics which can often be annoying but not force a hard stop.

Now, for the female gym hardbody: There is a reason there are not many women with 15" + biceps: Because there is not much of a demand for it! Which guy willing to drop $400+ for an experience wants to hang out with a girl more interested in eating 300 grams of protein a day, spending hours in a gym, and hustling random people online than working a responsible job? A session could be a thrill, but there are plenty of thrills $400+ can do for a man, woman, or child.

It is you, sir, who misunderstood my post, sir. I said her lousy scheduling was analogous to the scheduling of other session providers.

And you said hospital services, not emergency. My Dr works in a clinic that offers a walk-in after 5 pm for emergencies. Avg wait time, 20 minutes.

More than a handful have 'accidentally' double-booked the time, ended up at a different hotel without having remembered to inform me, and more besides. Maybe the difference is most occurred prior to the past 5-6 years in which seeking deposits became more normal when booking, so raising the standard in general seems to have been good in at least this way if that's what's happened with notable exceptions. But I maintain those notable exceptions will likely persist for the reasons I've mentioned, because while the bottom of the pyramid in terms of available ladies has broadened the top certainly hasn't.

I dunno. From my experience most of providers in this area are very organized-Lora, Yvette, Amazon Nikki, TP, RP to name a few.
