Considering how much women's bodybuilding changed in the two years between Rachel's 2nd Ms. Olympia and Cory's first, you might as well ask if Tom Sneva could win the 2013 Indy 500 in the same car he won the 1983 Indy 500.

Rachel was 5-6, 120 when she won the Olympia in 1982 and about the same size when she got the gift second place at the 1984 Olympia. Structurally, she had medium shoulders, a small waist, long torso, medium-length legs. Cory was 5-7, 148 when she won her first in 1984, one inch taller, but 28 pounds bigger. Structurally, she had broad shoulders and chest, medium torso, long legs. With her structural deficiencies, Rachel would've had to outsize Cory to beat her. She would've had to be Peggy Ouwerling size just to have a chance. 

Rachel saw the writing on the wall. And she was accurate. The top 4 at the 1985 Worlds included 5-2, 120-125 winner Mary Roberts; 5-7 145 Deanna Panting; 5-5/5-6, 150-pound Vera Bendel.
