Maybe it's a matter of angle of the shot, but her bis look rather different: the right one is long and wide, the left one looks like a ball the size of a big orange. Curious, but nice anyway.

Not that curious, look at the right hand rotation, then try it yourself! Also, there are many shots with one arm partially flexed. In those days, some photographers still were cautious about showing hard flexing, preferring even the biggest women to "soft flex" or just show tone.
