My girl continues to be in awe with the great comments she has been receiving from the pictures she let me post. We did a photo shoot today and I'm working on getting the pictures edited for uploading. In the mean time check out a short video clip I shoot. Stay tuned for the pics. if your girl worked out and lost some weight...maybe she might keep some of that size...

Uhm, yeah...pretty ironic post...stop posting mean stuff about Mik's girl...maybe you have indeed bigger calves by 0.5 inch, but her calves have more shape and definition and those calves can probably rip anyone's head (lol).

We appreciate the good words. Not sure why you cant access the vid link??(i just pulled it up).

As for you comment about my girls legs legs ripping somebody's head off................I have to say you are more than correct. Her legs are insanely strong. On a scale from 1 to 10 she says all it takes is a 4 and I'm flipping like a fish out of water.  She turned it up to a 6 the other night and I'm sure my neighbors heard me screaming. Any type of figure four she applies is murder. When she flexes her calf in swells up like a bowling ball. Got some great pics on the way. Stay tuned.

Hey Van,

No sports history. Just a genetic wonder. She did her first set of calf raises last week. Cant wait to see what they will look like after a couple months of consistent training.

just curious to the logic here...how the heck can she do a whole workout video with proper form, when mik himself said she has never lifted before and just did her first and only set of calf raises ever last week?.....btw..mik, how much weight did your gf use on those calf raises?..or was it just a small set of bodyweight calf raises?...
