Charging extra for Lift & Carry sessioons

I just wanted to get your thoughts on this topic.  I get that the Sessionette is risking injury with doing the lift & carry but I wish they would make that known upfront.   They may have a 1 hour session price for $500.   Then when you tell them that your interested in lift and carry, their response is it will be extra for that.  Once again I get that they are looking out for their well being, but this sort of action just gives off "your being used" sort of vibe.  I am not accusing all the Sessionettes who offer Lift  &Carry , but I have come  across a few like this.

.. did you not tell them what you were looking for beforehand?

Maybe I should have explained myself better.  I am not talking about them charging extra the day one shows up to the session.  I am just referring to their profile of their rates.   For Example:   Her profile may show she does an 1 hour for lets say $500 , there is no mention of a higher prices for different session types.  If the $500 is just the rate for a muscle worship session, then it would be nice to state that in their profile or in their email they send in response to your inquiry.

Are you asking only for their session rate in emails to them or stating it's lift and carry you are wanting?

Some session providers, when giving their session rates, say that their rate starts at a certain price, meaning that it can go up for certain requests.

Lift and Carry can be pretty physically taxing to do, especially when a client wants them to do it for almost the whole session and when a provider gets back to back clients who want that. I recently had a session with a powerlifter who says that she had to limit her lift and carry availability due to injuries and wear an tear. And, this might be a little judgmental, but she told me a lot of those clients are quite heavy and fat, and that makes lifting them that much harder.

It's not surprising that some ladies either charge extra for it or limit it.

Is this a hypothetical, or do you have an example? I've listened to a couple of women complain about L&C. There's the risk of injury, it wears them out, and they really don't like it when guys lie about their weight. I get the impression most women don't publish rates in their profile, preferring to save that as the response to the email inquiry. Either way, it's subject to change depending on the details of what you want. I always send that in the initial email to speed the process. If your inquiry email doesn't state L&C, you can't blame them for responding with the standard rate instead of trying to anticipate everything you could possibly ask for. I understand what you're saying, but I wouldn't make a big deal out of it if all we're talking about is adding an extra step and the possibility you might say "no thanks" to the upcharge.

Yeah you are right,  I guess i should state in my initail inquiry that I want lift and carry.  Shame on those guys that lie about their weight.

Maybe the extra charge should be for mind-reading.

I don't understand how that would work. You send an email and say, "I would like to see you for an hour of wrestling/l&c/worship." Right? How do you ask for a session without saying what you want? How does she respond without asking what you want?  ???  ???  ???

Well, yeah. When you're emailing a session wrestler, it's a pretty important thing to list what you're looking for out of your session. Not all wrestlers provide the same thing, and even if what you want is listed on their profile, it's still in good practice to be direct and forward with what you are looking for. because there might be instances where they can't do one of the things they have listed. For example, they might have competitive wrestling listed, but aren't able to do it when you're going to see them because of injury or maybe they're too close to a contest. Plus, it helps them mentally and physically prepare so they can give you the best session possible.

This situation is similar to other requests, arm wrestling, nude, HJ, GFE, photos, etc, where there are girls who either don't
do it or will do it for more $$$.

You have to make it clear what you want, if it's not in their SG profile.   And if you ask up front what they will charge for whatever,
they may include something without an added fee, because they want to book you.

Besides the obvious of stating what you want upfront with the session girls I think there's something to be said for the cultural change that has happened in the bodybuilding world.  And just the look of what females are leaning towards looking like.  The days of the gigantic bodybuilder packing on as much muscle as humanly possible and going to the extremes and being accused of being manly or taking any product possible in order to grow their muscles 💪🏼 to the max has really shifted.

Now it seems like many of the session ladies are moving towards the physique style and it seems to be much harder to find providers that are huge or insanely strong compared to when I first started doing sessions in the 90s.

So I feel like because of this it is harder to find someone to do lift and carry and since the girls are smaller there's probably a higher risk of injury.

In the past couple of years I have also gotten some insane quotes to do simple sessions that ladies in the past would do at standard rates.  I'm not sure if it's because of something like the lift and carry specialty or that the modern mindset of the younger session ladies thinks they deserve these prices because of supply and demand.

But if this is the case I'm not sure why when I do the sessions with the ladies they always tell me that there seems to be more people who flake and less people in general that they are sessioning with.

Thoughts?
