Her homebase is not NYC. I talked with her while she was in NYC and she was lost in the city, unable to locate her address in a borough or another one!

maybe i just had bad luck but AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

At first she was very responsive and cool, but right before she was scheduled to come to my city, she would avoid me and she did for like 4 days. 

The day we were scheduled for a session she tells me her flight is delayed, and this is only cuz I reached out to her.  Meaning she was going to be on an airplane during our scheduled time, didn't put any effort to reschedule, I asked for my deposit back, and it's been 2 weeks and NO deposit returned, and now she says I am being rude.  I gave her a deposit within minutes of confirming out session and its been 2 weeks and she can't return it? 

I really don't think she even came to my city.  I tracked flights from the city she flew in from and none match the time she said or even the delayed flight and the only one that showed was one 2 hours after our scheduled session which was not from a delayed flight.  Maybe her early reviews were true but damn what a fall from grace if it is.  She has not responded to me and is ignoring me so i left her a nice review on sessiongirls

 She's not exactly keeping a low profile about it there.  You shouldn't have used CAPS because anyone who does NEEDLESSLY gives the source of it an excuse to accuse you of rudeness. But you're a hothead here so no surprise.  I do hope you get that kind of sum back because it's significant.

That's what you took out of this? It's been 2 weeks, she doesn't want to return my deposit and refuses to do so. But yes make it about the least significant part.

Honestly two weeks should be plenty of time to be able to perform a simple online refund transaction, unless she's in the hospital in a coma or some thing.  I have had session ladies before cancel coming to the area that I was in or just cancel their trip because of different reasons and they were communicative, timely and honest with their refunds.
With a couple of girls I actually let them keep the deposit to save for future sessions because they were always in my area. And had some bad luck 🍀.  But the key is communication, too many people nowadays are playing the game of asking for deposits and they're not going through on their services which is an industry killer in this industry, there are so many scammers out there asking for deposits from people who are even local to them and host some of these ladies even session in their own places, which doesn't risk financial loss if someone flakes or no shows.  I'm not sure if there's a easy fix for all of this but trust and reputation goes along way.  It would be nice to have some kind of escrow system setup.

I really hope she rectifies this very soon and installs faith back in the session world deposit culture.

Unfortunately the only thing that protects us schmoes are our negative reviews when people do not operate in good faith, it's not like we can call the Better Business Bureau or anything. LOL.
