Anyone have any experience with her?  I reached out but haven't heard back.  Full disclosure I asked about meeting where she is rather than giving her specific details about a time and place.  That could have something to do with it.

Maybe this is her version of "I'll only book if you send tribute first," but it smells an awful lot like those "landlords" listing their property they had no intention of renting out last year just to collect a bunch of non-refundable application fees. Also, pretty sure OF has rules, which she may or may not be aware of, about not using their platform to organize in-person meetings.

Exchanged a couple of emails with her a month or so ago about setting something up, and after a long radio silence got an email from her that was basically the quote above. Not really interested in paying money for the chance to set up a meet that would probably never happen anyway. Red flag indeed.

I can't imagine the admin on SG would see this in a good light, either. Maybe they don't care, who knows.

As someone mentioned her taking 25 days the respond to an OF message, what if she pulled the same thing in response to a session inquiry? Then she strings you along and replies to you right before your subscription ends, and then you have to subscribe another month just to get another message through.

That's purely speculation on my part, but if someone's willing to do this just to sell more subscriptions, they're more likely the type to find additional ways of grfting you. This just seems like a dubious proposition from her, at best.

Besides that, I wouldn't want to have to use my browser on my phone instead of the email app or a phone number to handle last minute logistics like room number, nor would I want to give OF employees access to where I'm staying, and email is easy for pulling up old communications. Sometimes OF is buggy, or people delete their accounts or whatever.

Oh, and having to pay 25% higher session fees, at least for the deposit part, then if she ever has to cancel, getting OF involved when she refuses to refund the deposit. That sounds fun.

She also said she's going full-time on OF now. I'm not sure if that means no more HBC too. Sounds like someone with money problems who's hoping OF solves it all, and who's going to get pretty upset when her new full-time thing gets yanked away from her when she starts violating their TOS organizing sessions on there. Not going to end well.
