I have pointed this out before but mailing three times and not getting any response does not mean anything. Email can remain unnoticed for several reasons, some of which are the local spam filter (on the recipient's machine) and more rarely, the ISP's filter. Also, some people get swamped with email or are just extremely busy and pile up email in their inbox and take a while to respond. When they finally do go through their emails, they may overlook yours. While that is their fault, it is something that happens to the best of us.

So, if you want to make sure, you need to call and let them know that you emailed.
