The character "Zeta" is tricked into wishing that she was the "strongest sorceress" in the land. It is from Season 3 Episode 2 "Genie for a Day" of the series "Shimmer and Shine". Transformation is instantaneous. She is transformed back at the end. #female muscle growth #fmg

Missing:
I have not found the full episode. When Zeta makes her second wish is missing, but I believe the result is the scene where she is rolling down the snowy slope.

Yes, it is from the anime series: Space Adventure Cobra. Picture is from the Episode 4 of the anime and the female character is called: DOMINIQUE ROYAL.

There is another character in Dr. Stone that should be of interest. Her name is Nikki Hanada. She appears in the fourth episode of this season.

As a followup, here's clips from the rest of the season, plus a couple I missed before (this should make it complete for all of season 1, which had 52 episodes):

S01E10, "SuperWho". This one was just a still in the episode, so there was no need for an actual video clip:

S01E49, "AwesomeAuntAntiope".  Antiope, one of the Amazons, flexing in a leather jacket.  You pretty much have to go frame-by-frame to see the best parts of the flex when she first starts:
