#FEMUSCLE: *In Cartoons* PIX + CLIPS~collected

[87fg]

That "Fugget About It" clip is just vile.

Here's some Simpsons screen shots to get the bad images out of your mind. Although The Simpsons did do a few lame jokes in the episode, it was still funny. Fugget About It does not seem to try as a series. On top of that Marge's character design is way better.

Physique-wise, she is the archetype Quartz Gem warrior; she has a muscular body and stands both taller and wider than Garnet, an indication of her immense strength and durability.

where in the episodes of ozzy and drix does it show the female bodybuilders and maria with muscle?

I think that Maria is strong in the episode "Street Up."

Only for about ten seconds or so. Nothing to get too excited about.

This is what 3-4 seconds of nicely rendered muscle can do to a character. Yukina's back has become quite famous:

uzi4you2 , you meant a video from all the Chun Li is featured in the OVA? I don't have it, sadly...I just made screen captures of the best parts (for me, at least). I don't know how to compile videos.

From Koutetsujou No Kabaneri, ep. 8, around 13:45 : Yukina in her tanktop again stretching out. A small scene of about 5 seconds, but a very intentional tease from the makers.

Teen Titans Go! has had a lot of female muscle so far

While not sure how many care for the style of Getting Serious episode, they did have a little muscle in it too

Yes, This episode has a muscle tone on Starfire.

This is from the anime Junk Boy. It amazes me that a hentai would have knowledge a schmoe and FBB muscle worship session.

...I wonder if it is a cultural thing that most Japanese men hate female muscle?

I think that is a generalization saying "most Japanese men hate female muscle." There never has been a survey of the Japanese population in regards to strong women. It is a conservative society in terms of gender politics, but this is gradually  changing. I mean after all, Tomoko Kanda  for example is a great representative. The Ms.Nippon is bigger now than ever. Also if you watch certain anime they do have muscular female characters and present them in a positive light.

Japanese...female muscle...

This is a long thread, and I may have missed it.. but, anybody mention the Women at Work (anime art) ?

...I wonder if it is a cultural thing that most Japanese men hate female muscle?

In my experience, as rare as they are, Japanese depictions of muscular women tend to be more positive than western ones. In western media they seem to exist solely for gender jokes, with crude, masculine features (certain examples above notwithstanding) and/or having male voices, whereas muscular women in Japanese media are portrayed as still being women and possibly desirable at least some of the time.

Geri 'GURI'--Human Replicate Droid From Star Wars Expanded Universe.  She got tons of super strength and uses it all the time in the comics and books with her character.
