I have seen Nadia four times.  The last time being in November of 2020.  She is an awesome person. 

I am up front about not wanting KO's and she knows me enough to know why.  She almost put me out this last time I saw her, she felt me going and stopped before I did.  She caught me quick enough in the right way, with the right timing I didn't really have a chance to tap.  BUT I should have gone out easily.

Siva, I am not into KO's and my session was muscle worship with lift and carry.

I asked her about the muscles and shape and she said Gyms are closed thats why but according to her she will get back to her previous shape as soon as gyms are open...
