Alex and Dan have been dating for almost a year. They met at college during a club week event. She had instructed the delivery guy to just drop off the meals just by her basement window so she could spend more time working out. Luckily the basement had a small bathroom that only had a sink and a toilet so she didn't really have to go outside the basement. She then proceeded to workout like a maniac for the next months. It was almost superhuman really. She locked herself down the basement lifting weights like a person in lust. She did way more than the people she met online recommended. It got so bad that one day her arms suddenly gave out while curling.

Alex was wearing a loose sweater, she liked wearing them because it made her sweat and made her feel literally hot. She also wore a bean cap with her hair under it so her hair doesn't get in the way of her workouts. It was 3am and she had been lifting since 9pm last night.

As she got out the basement she got a glimpse of the delivery guy outside bringing her protein meals. He was a normal looking dude, not fat not thin either, probably did sports in the past evident by the build of his shoulders and arms but was unable to keep rest of his body as fit. She yelled to him that she needed help. The delivery guy walked up closer to her.

"What's the problem miss? you look awful" The delivery guy asked while scanning alex from head to toe. She was still in her loose sweater that was visibly wet. "Ok hop on then" the delivery guy opened the passenger seat of the car he used for his work. "So, what kind of accident did you got in to little miss?" He asked. "Fell off the stairs or something?"

"What?! You cute little thing?" The delivery guy shocked "What do you need that much meat for? Feeding a bear? Building muscles or something?" The delivery guy joked.

"Y-yes.. I was actually working out when pain suddenly shot up my arms.. I guess I overdid it.." Alex replied bashfully while looking down. It was the first time she had told someone she was building muscle. She knew that current society didn't exactly expect a small girl like herself to get into a manly habit of building muscle.

They stopped at a traffic light that was red. The delivery guy tried to get a glimpse of her body but the sweater she was wearing was too big to let him see any hint of what was under. Alex felt him ogling her but she didn't say anything. There was an awkward silence and the traffic light still had 60 seconds before going green. The delivery guy tried to break the ice. "So what workout were you doing before you got into the accident?" He asked

"I-i was doing some curls.. y-you know for my arms, but I did to m-much and they gave out hehe.." alex stated with an awkward laugh

"How much were you lifting? You gotta know your limits miss" the delivery guy said

"F-fifty pounds.. a h-hundred reps of 3 sets" Alex nervously answered

"Y-yeah" alex replied "I could probably lift heavier but if I wanna do a hundred reps I gotta lower the weight" alex mumbled to herself. The delivery guy was looking at her all weirded out, thinking if she was just messing with him

"Uhm.. thanks.. but I really can't get into this since I can't really lift my arms beyond my chest" Alex replied

"Ok, I can help you with that ma'am. Please follow me to the changing room. I presume you're fine with me since we're both girls?" The nurse offered.

"Y-yes, of course" alex replied, unsure whether she would like her body to be seen by another person in real life not just her fantasies.

"Let me just prepare the room, I'll call you when it's done" the nurse said

"Miss Alex you can come now" the nurse called. The nurse locked the door as alex entered then she walked to the back of alex to remove her loose sweater. "Ok, so how much weight were you lifting and how many reps did you do?" The doctor added

"I think I had it at 50 pounds and I did about 100 reps for 3 sets" alex replied

"50 pounds? 300 reps? A girl like you?!" The doctor exclaimed at the shock of Alex's workout routine

"Uhm... Actually I was ending my workout then... That was my last exercise for the night... Before that I already did some body weight exercises, lifts for my triceps and some other lifting techniques for my biceps.." alex explained. She got talkative when it came to her passion of training her muscles.

"Can I see your arms and examine them?" The doctor asked

"I- I can't exactly lift them up now doc, it's too painful" alex said.

"It's ok I'll roll up your sleeves for you" the doctor replied. She then tried to roll up the sleeves of the hospital gown but as she rolled up the fabric it got tighter and her fingers made to much contact with Alex's inflamed arms causing a sharp pain for Alex. They both flinched at Alex's reaction. The doctor partly because she got a glimpse of Alex's jacked arms

"Seems rolling up the sleeves won't do you any good, are you ok with removing the whole gown? Don't worry you can leave your sweat pants on." The doctor suggested

"S-sure" alex replied weakly as she was still wincing from the pain

The doctor then proceeded to untie the knots of the hospital gown and let it fall to the ground. What greeted her was a body that was totally out of place for Alex's cute face and girly hair. It was like the body of captain America that had when he just became a super soldier. Her muscles heaved upward and downward as alex breathed heavily anticipating more pain upon removing the gown. 

"Wow you must be really dedicated to your training, your back looks like an anatomy chart even with skin" the doctor said. "I can practically name all the specific muscles, they're so well separated... and bulging..." the doctor said to herself while lightly stroking Alex's rhomboids with her fingertips. The doctor bit her lip as she felt how dense the  muscles were. Alex remained silent

"Ahem" the doctor fake coughed. "So lets se those arms" the doctor said going to Alex's sides. She saw that Alex's swole upper arms were covered in bruises but at the same time she saw Alex's pecs and abs. Alex noticed by the doctor ogling her chest but she couldn't do anything to cover it up since she couldn't move her arms. Alex wasn't exactly comfortable yet with showing her naked torso to other people but in her fantasies it were different. If she had her fantasy confidence in real life should could probably walk out the hospital, take the nurse and doctor with her home and do things to them. Sexual things. Alex began to daydream.

"You probably tore your muscles apart my dear, considering how you torture these guns" the doctor said as she was gaining her composure back seeing Alex's meekness.

"For now I'll give you some painkillers, anti-inflammatories, and muscle relaxants so you'll be more comfortable" the doctor explained

"You'll probably feel better tomorrow and you'll be able to move your arms more but you're prohibited from lifting with your arms for 2 weeks. You gotta let them heal and build anew." The doctor added. Alex was visibly disappointed that she can't continue training. She didn't want to lose any progress

"Don't worry your muscles will be back stronger and bigger the next time you lift" the doctor tried to cheer her up. "Let's get the nurse to inject you with some intravenous pain killers so that you'll sleep well tonight, it'll last until tomorrow so don't forget to take your meds then" the doctor then wrote at the chart and walked out to the nurse outside. The door was partly open and alex could hear the nurse and doctor chatting outside

"Did you see her muscles?!" The doctor said to the nurse

"I know! I had to do a double take when I got her sweater off. Her face and the chart said female but her body said otherwise" the nurse replied. "It's... Kinda hot actually... She even has that adonis muscle thing at her waist. My boyfriend doesn't even have those and he goes to the gym 5 times a week!" the nurse added

"Right? Her chest too! I mean I wouldn't fault you for thinking she's a guy if that was the first thing you saw on her!" The doctor stated. "Here's the meds you have to give her, inject it intravenously. Don't worry her forearms vascular you won't have troubles finding an access" the doctor explained. "I'll go and cool down in the bathroom for a bit, that he-man body god me a bit hot seeing and touching it up close"

Alex could hear them inside the office. She was getting aroused over the fact that they think her muscles were manly. A step closer to her muscles fantasies. She could feel herself getting moist down there but had to control herself since she wasn't in a private place.

The nurse the came in with a tray containing all the meds and some syringes. "The doctor asked me to inject some meds into you, ok? This'll hurt only a sec" she explained.

"I'll be explaining the steps on how I do this, I find patients are more relaxer when they know what's happeneing. First I'll need to tie this rubber onto your upper forearm to constrict blood vessels that way some of the blood will back up and make your veins dilate" the nurse grabbed the tourniquet and proceeded to stretch it a bit. Just as she was going to touch Alex's forearm, alex spoke out.

"I don't think you'll need that to see my veins" alex whispered to the nurse in a flirtatious voice. Alex then tensed the forearm the nurse was just about to touch. Veins that were already visible and slightly bulging suddenly got more and more engorged. Alex wasn't letting up and a long thick vein that rode up to the side of her forearm to the underside of her upper arm appeared. "I think It got angry that you wanted to tie it up" Alex teased. Internally alex was panicking, she was always shy around strangers but the conversation between the doctor and nurse aroused her and she couldn't help but flirt a bit.

"I- ... Uh..." The nurse stuttered. It was downright hot that Alex's muscular forearm now had engorged veins covering it. A nurse's wet dream indeed

"I think it's kinda hot that my muscles are this BIG and HARD" alex whispered to the nurse with emphasis on big and hard

"Go ahead... touch it, weren't you going to?" Alex teased yet again. The nurse then slowly poked her finger tip against her forearm feeling the rock solid muscles. She slid her fingertip to a prominent vein and traced it. It was a dream to easily find a patient's veins but the muscles on a pretty cute girl was a downright fantasy. The hospital PA made a sudden announcement which snapped her out of it. The nurse then got the syringe and proceeded to fill it with meds.

"Hey babe" alex called out the nurse

"Should I relax my Muscles? I think I should or else that needle might not penetrate me haha" alex giggled like a girl while making a shit eating grin. She knew she had the nurse under her will. Her arms might be disabled now but clearly got her grip around the nurse. The nurse the proceeded to grab her arm to make it steady "god it's like a warm piece of hard frozen meat" the nurse thought to herself. She then injected the painkillers and patched the injection site with a bandaid.

"That wasn't so hard was it?" Alex asked

"But then again" alex squeezed her hand close then opened it again a few times, pumping her forearm "maybe this is" alex clearly pertaining to her forearm muscles, gave the nurse a wink.

The nurse, all flustered, hurriedly scuffled her materials on the tray she had and tried to get out of the room. But alex said

"Hey don't leave me naked here, how Am I supposed to go home?" Alex walked closer to the nurse "can you help me dress up again?" Alex said

"Or do you want to see more of this" alex followed up with some pec bouncing. As she had a sly grin on her face.

"O-oh my apologies ma'am I'll get your c-clothes right away" the nurse stuttered once again

Alex alone in the office was feeling so aroused and hot on what she just did. It was her fantasy. Her wet dreams. She got so aroused that she wanted to touch herself even if she wasn't in the privacy or her home. But couldn't since her arms were still hurting and needed rest. Instead she did something she didn't dare try before. She tensed her abs so hard that she felt it on her loins. That and her arousal from teasing the nurse made her cum a bit. Fortunately the nurse knocked again stopping her from committing public indecency.

Alex then went home. Went to sleep, and again had her wet dreams.
