What are everyone's favorite stories where a woman or women get muscular just from working hard at the gym?

No magic, supernatural powers, inhuman growth or anything like that.  Just blood sweat and tears.  This is my favorite type of story and I wish there were more out there.

My favorite is Bodybuilding Housewife by El_Roy_1999. It starts out as simply becoming bigger and stronger and goes somewhat sideways in that pursuit but nonetheless is a great story.
