We met Lisa at the 2008 Masters Nationals where this work was done with her in very top contest shape. At 5'1" and a hard 130 pounds Lisa showed off impressive muscle density and definition throughout, but a special nod to her famous upper body shots- most notable her unreal biceps. The young looking 44 year old placed 5th in her class here and her physique was even harder the day after the show when we taped her in a bikini and two dresses and interviewed her, but sadly since we did the work at the event, we could not do gymwork. We had hoped to do much more work with her but sadly, we never crossed paths again. Regarding Anita, long time fans will remember her from the 1990s, and after a 10 year layoff she came back to the stage big-time at the 2008 Masters event. At 41 years of age she was better than ever, chiseled at 5'4" 145 pounds, featuring a very symmetrical physique- but with a very superior upper body- all topped off by a very attractive blonde hairstyle. She posed in one bikini and one dress and was also interviewed. Her previous taping in the 90s is still on WPW 262, so that number tells you how far back that was! Each woman got 40 minutes of taping here and again, would have liked to do more follow ups with both but that did not happen.
