One of the best pieces of news this year.  Dwan will be coming back to the muscle scene but not as a bodybuilder but fitness competitor.  She will start training after her ironman competition is over in November.

She doesn't want to be as bulky as before since she'll be competing in fitness but she intends to be, in her own words "super duper ripped".

Can't wait for her to be back on stage!
