Iwas physically active as a kid. I began to swim at age 5 and at around 7 running the 50 yard dash on the school track team. By the time I was 11 I was out running some of the boys. Later, I studied martial arts, Chinese Go Ju and achieved a Green Belt status. I went to College-Southampton & Old Westbury and earned a Bachelor of Science degree and a Masters of Social Work Eligibility at Adelphi University, NY. After school I had the urge to see the world. I traveled extensively throughout, Florence, Turkey, Athens and the Caribbean, Jamaica. Some spas:Sonoma Missions Spa in N. California and The Enchanment, Sedona, AZ. Some years ago I moved from NY, ending a chapter of my life to working with Vanessa L. Williams & Arnold Schwarzenegger in "ERASER". That was when I got the urge to investigate the fitness world. Looking at Arnold everyday was amazing. And then when I saw him training in his private gym that jump started me. I continued to be inspired by fitness and weight training that I became personal trainer. Of course, I want to continue my acting career but I also plan to keep entering figure shows and working on my physique when women in acting would have been afraid to get too buff because it might cost them certain parts. In fact, all I have to do is look at somebody like Angela Bassett-not only one of the best actresses in Hollywood and has an amazing sculpted muscle and defintion. Which I can duplicate I'm positively sure of it! I guess Im destined for Stardom!!
