Janice Graser and her sister Charla Sedacca will forever be linked together, as they formed one of the best bodybuilding sister duo in the history of the sport.
Something happened at the 1987 NPC Nationals that will probably never happen again: two sisters won their classes in the same show:
Janice won the heavyweight class and her sister Charla won the middleweight and overall.

Thank you OdoHerr for another awesome contribution! K every day!
I remember that contest when they both won. That was pretty cool indeed!

And thank you nufack, for the vid. That's one of my all time favorites. K to you too!

Charla had the most amazing right bicep I've ever seen. And what's more amazing is that she was a lightweight!

At about 14:40 in the vid, there's a great scene where she's flexing both biceps while concentrating on her right arm.
She then looks over to her left arm and while both arms are still up, her right bicep relaxes a little. Now the cool thing
is it still looks big. Then as if she realizes that she is not tensing that arm anymore (I always thought that someone prompted her)
she flexes it hard again and it just jumps right out again! I'll never forget that scene!

Which one is which? I wonder how much Janice could bench press. I heard she was/ is married to a powerlifter. Anyone have any scans of Janice in Cyborg?

Janice is the brunette.

[kholloways]

Charla is probably the better remembered of the two given her peaked biceps. I believe she was only 5'0. Janice was much taller at 5'8. Though the shorter girls (e.g. Charla, Janice, and Susan Myers) always seemed to be packing more muscle.

I believe the Canadian Parmalee twins were the other sister act in female bodybuilding.

Great to see the two sisters..happy and healthy !!!
Aged well....

Janice is the brunette.

In correct, she is the shorter, blonde. Charla is the taller brunette.

Janice is the one on the left (taller) Charla the one on the right.

I'm an idiot. No idea what I was thinking. Janice is taller.
