Selma Labat challenges Anne Sheehan in the posedown. At the 1:48 Anne hits a side chest and displays awesome muscle control making her glute ripple. It is much more clear in the video. I wish someone had the audio for this clip. It is from the wings of strength youtube channel. Youtube pulled the audio for copyright. I used to be able to work around this by pulling the webm OPUS or OGG audio file.
