Can't say, there has to be discretion and a respect for the privacy of lady and her clients. Practically every fbb I have ever seen allows me to kiss and lick their body. Most do not allow kissing on the lips but the face and neck are usually OK. Unless they refuse to go topless every one of them allows you to kiss and rub their boobs. Now unless it's because I am so devastatingly handsome  I assume this would apply to most men. Can we assume that you are new to the session world? I was once a newbie. I hate to sound cynical but you can't believe anything the women say. Anytime they say or imply that you are special or better than anyone else she has ever seen she is lying.
Part of what you pay for is the fantasy. I consider it part of the service. If you want to be humiliated you will be the biggest wimp she has ever seen.
