I think an interesting story idea would be a married couple. The husband has dabbles in steroids, nothing serious, more for vanity. But his wife never has. But having seen the fitness women at their gym, and hearing they do a light cycle, convinces his wife after a couple of months of constant pushing to try a light cycle.

Wife loses fat and becomes toned on first cycle, and becomes more confident and is enjoying a higher sex drive. But when her cycle finishes, she misses the effects, so starts to cycle again, but as time progresses she realises she needs stronger and stronger steroids to give her the same buzz and transforms to an obsessed muscle head who is constantly cycling, getting bigger and bigger, no matter what.

i would love to see a story with a bunch of high school freshmen girls who have a sleepover and after playing spin the bottle, Mary (or whoever) ends up seducing every girl in the room with her muscles that literally put every guy in school to shame and then some. the more "masculine" her physique the better!
