i just wonder if what happened to her? did she retired?

She retired from competition and still lifts. Lisa also still works at a poison control center. I think she is on social media, but I do not remember the inst@gram link

Under this image the girl on the right states "....with the Legendary Lisa Aukland"

Couldn't agree more with this statement. Lisa was for at least three years in the top 3 fbbs of her time. For me the most UNDERRATED FBB. She deserved at least one ms.olympia win and one ms. international.

Her balance was awesome. And her lower body was simply UNREAL!!

Karma Pls

She is one of a kind!! I dont believe we will see another fbb like her! We should feel lucky that we saw her competing !!

[vvvv]

Where are you now those who compare Lisa Aukland with heather armbrust in legs and calves definition???
This is not even a comparison!! Same pose next to each other!! Lisa is by far better!!
Finally you realised who was the best fbb ever in legs definition, size and muscularity!! Especially in calves noone can stand next to Lisa's!

She could easily compete against men in legs terms!! And she will beat most guys in calves definition. Easily!! LONG LIVE THE QUEEN!!

Amazing posts of our most favorite female bodybuilder, Lisa Aukland!  I have posted all I have of her but I am thrilled to see you have sooo much content of her that you can post.  The below posts are from videos and I believe they are both from the 2006 Olympia.  Do you have the clips?  If so, I would love to get the clips or even the whole video of the contest if you have it.  I believe others would LOVE to get them from you too.

You can upload a copy to mediafire and paste a link in the Memorable Female Muscle Videos section. Many thanks and I eagerly await more of what you have of the amazing Lisa Aukland!
