Saiki Reika (才木玲佳) - Japanese "muscle idol"

[Minimalist]

Not huge or hugely muscled, but she packs a lot of charisma into her 4 feet 11 inches. She sings, she dances, she wrestles, she lifts. Only 24 years old, based on the information I've found. Some of the pics are from a non-nude Playboy spread. Simply adorable.

Next, three clips showing Reika in action. The first shows a little working out, some wrestling, a brief and ridiculous armwrestling match - where she rubs it in several times by asking the poor loser "Hontou" (Really?), and topped off with demonstrating a few wrestling holds. The second is from an interview for Japanese TV with no subtitles but a little nice flexing. For the third she does some confident posing on stage while being applauded by fellow members of her "Cheer 1" team (I think they're a group connected to a Japanese wrestling league).

There's also a YouTube video out there showing her comparing body parts with a normal-sized Japanese girl. Needless to say, Reika steals the show.
