My name is Tricia Gutierrez, Regional Coach for Bikini Boss Fitness. I was born in Southern California but raised in Northern Idaho. Sports, especially competitive swimming was always a big part of my life. As I got into high school and began to train outside of the water, my true love of training and fitness outshined everything else.
At birth I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Three years ago I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's Syndrome which came about from poor nutritional advice and training for my last figure competition.
At one point in time, I felt like my health was a curse but now I have been so humbled to have helped hundreds of women with the same health issues as myself find hope, health and more importantly, find balance. No matter what goals you have, I'll be there the whole way cheering you on!
