One of the things that differentiates Team HB from traditional paysites is that the models can receive ongoing "royalties".  This is a major departure from our industry's primary business model.

If these girls were smart, they would do more sessions on Skype and keep all the money they earn rather than let the site owner take a (likely large) percentage. Especially considering the models are actually producing a lot of the content themselves.

To the best of my knowledge, all of the models of Team HB have been extremely happy with their compensation. Most of them still post plenty of free content via their social media outlets and are also paid for similar content (as you described it) which appears on Team HB. In addition to the initial payment, they can also earn additional revenues as more members join the site.

That said, we strongly believe in a free market economy. All the women on the site are adults and free to make their own deals. I think Team HB's revenue-sharing plan is great and works for the models there, but we're certainly not going to stop anyone from making a better offer.

I don't know why all you guys assume that these girls are interested in Skype sessions. It's not something that's all that common and imo it's something high level fbb's should stay away from. Team HB is a much more professional way for them to earn money. The concept itself is fine, but I'd personally like to see more girls along the lines of Theresa. More big girls basically.

However, I do not understand why none of the paysites ever goes the extra mile, and organizes a real life show/party. Maybe at one of the big events.

I mean, you do have the athletes, you have the fans, and you do have the financial possibilities to set it up. What keeps you from doing it?

We have to give all the credit in the world to Wings of Strength for sponsoring several pro bodybuilding competitions each year. They also host a massive afterparty annually during the Olympia which, I believe, is exactly what you're describing, as they invite all fbbs and their fans to attend.

As for TeamHB and parties, years ago, the "HerBiceps Dinner" was hosted at the Arnold 2-3 times, and several customers and fans have gotten a chance to spend a few hours hanging out at Muscle Mansion over the years. 

We're always exploring different ideas on how to give back to the fans (and the women) in a more personalized way, but it only seems to benefit those who happen to make it to Vegas during either the USAs or Olympia, as those events allow us to get the largest numbers of women together at once.

But the free market only works when there is true competition, which currently there is none. That allows you to ignore your customers and do nothing to improve your existing products (HBC).

On top of that, you create a new site that takes the content models would have been posting on Insta**** and Twitter for free and charge for it. You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login adds no value to the equation. If anything, it means less content for fans because now the girls will not post as much on social media.

It all depends on the quality of the webcam for Skype. Plus, much of the content on You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login is recorded with phones, so the quality is poor at best.

We're always working on HBC. The reality is that there's no great pool of custom coders who can fine-tune the product we're seeking. We don't run to social media or the forums to lament any issues we've had with development because 1) no one cares and 2) no one cares.  It's our problem to worry about and to fix, not the customers'.

Back in 2005, doing TeamHB would have been a no-brainer.  In 2015, however, with so much of the market having shifted, producing a site like this is extremely risky for several reasons.  How much day-in-the-life content do customers want of a single model? You're saying that we're taking away what would have been free and charging for it, but most models will never make anything from what they post.  Besides, look at the sheer volume of content that's still out there on social media. You may disagree, but that plethora of free content represents a huge amount of competition for not only the TeamHB paysite, but also for every other physique modeling paysite.

Go to any CS department at a UC (or anywhere else really) and put an ad on the wall for $20/hour to fix up the website. You'll get tons of coders applying and once you weed out the few who wouldn't feel comfortable coding for a porn site, your problems will be solved in a week.

I have heard about the O after events, sounds like an excellent occasion.

How do you announce the HBC dinners, and how to get the entry ticket for it?

Also, have you heard of an event couple of years ago: I do not remember the company/website who ran it, but it was a holiday in Jamaica for athletes and fans, staying together under one roof. Fans could take part in foto shoots, there was dinner events etc,. The price was reasonable as far as I recall, and considering there was a range of great athletes on board. I was on the list but then had to cancel due to a business trip.

Its a pitty events like that happen in such a small number.
