Thanks all.  She really put the time in and worked hard.  A couple of pictures from last night. The first is my wife in one of her dresses (almost none of them fit anymore). The second is a bikini that I just got for her.  She's almost 44 years old and was self conscious about her body before she started lifting weights.  Now, she is very proud and can't wait to wear it this summer.

She is looking to get a bit more toned.  Her ultimate goal is a six-pack (depending on how the light hits her, we are starting to see abs now).  She's not looking to add too much more muscle mass, maybe another 10lbs or so.

Big respect ! She is in the process of developping those typical proportions that only hard working athletes have. Details like ... the chestbone overshadowing flat abs. Or shoulders clearly sticking out.
