Ok, I wanna hear everyone's opinion. Are more and more girls growing visible biceps?
Seems that girls is looking more and more buff for every year? Or is it just me?

Is fitness and figure the new look among girls?

The look is becoming  more prevalent yet there is still little acceptance for those who admire them!

There are more and woman wanting big biceps...more and more female lifters and athletes, not just fbb's  seem to desire big, noticeable biceps. I know hear of and see a lot of morbidly obese women, around 350+ lbs flexing or measuring arms and trying to say they have huge 19" gives but there is no visible bicep in the flexed arm.

I  concur a large arm does not a big bicep make.

Now, I have 17.75" arms...and my entire bicep ball is very noticeably big, and full and has quite a big peak.

I think in general more women are hitting the gym and ditching the pink weights for some 45s. I suspect it's probably a mixture of things. You got CrossFit now, it's being revealed that big Hollywood stars achieve their looks doing squats with actual weights, and some pretty good debunk of the myth that you'll accidentally Arnold if you pick up a weight.

Case in point my gf didn't need convincing to hit the weight room. And surprise surprise, she looks great and actually likes building muscle.

IMO
I don't think there are more women who are going to the gym with the idea of getting bigger arm muscle. It sounds great but I think that most women, if they go to the gym at all, are there to lose, not gain. If you go to the gym and if you know any women there, ask her what she would think about putting 3 or four inches of muscle on her arms. Or maybe having a 13 or 14 inch bicep peak when they flex. Maybe show them one of these pictures of a lady flexing her arm. See what she says

I'd say it's a mixed bag. There seems to be a notable divide between women you workout and those who don't... just like there is with men. You have the ones who are driven to be in awesome physical condition and the ones who are perfectly fine being sloth-like.

If the trend is for women to have bigger muscles, count me IN on that! There are too few women around who have muscles and are actually proud of them!

Antics

A lot of girls have that fear of lifting weights and getting big muscles. They don't realize it takes a lot of hard work and dedication to get muscles like that. Like one of my friends for example. She went through this fear of getting big muscles stage. Now she's at the gym at least 3-4 times a week. She's not looking to pack on huge muscles, but she's trying to build herself an athletic body. has some noticeable definition and gains throughout her body and she's proud of herself instead of being disgusted.

What I'm trying to get at is, I think more girls are starting to realize they can shape their bodies how they want without getting "gross"  huge muscles.
