     A recent couple of tools have spoiled things for everyone else who I haven't dealt with before when it comes to providing information for the Agency.
     Failing to pay for information you've received when I've sent it in good faith in both cases has made me look at doing favors if we have no previous history. Lesson learned on trying to be a good guy when it's taken advantage of.
     Therefore, every request for any State unless you've actively used the Agency in the past by booking or buying a list will be $3. If I don't have anyone in your State or someone who suits your session tastes, you'll not be charged. If I do, I'll require payment by Paypal before you get info about options.
     Those who've dealt with me in the four years of the Agency will know I've never taken money without being of assistance. If, for example, you're into wrestling, I'll provide a shortened version of the main list to prevent you spending $25 and then discovering that it's close to 70 per cent muscle worship because you can't talk newcomers into wrestling.
    The recent example of the Chicago lady where I charged for info told me that I need to look hard at this. This has become a successful business for me and it's time I addressed that by avoiding wasting goodwill on those who wouldn't recognize it if it slapped them in the face.

I fully endorse the UTR as a blessing for us schmoes and there will always be far more guys that brace it then the few cheapass derelicts that sit at home, thumbing down karma, and wacking off to fantasies in their heads than experiencing the real thing.

For anyone who has not tried the UTR, give it a try.  The minimum fee charged for the lists are mere pennies in comparison to the overall bank for your buck experience.  If it wasn't for the UTR, think about how hard it would be to have access to such underground women.

You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.  You only live once, live with no regrets.
