I know Alina's not in contest shape in this photo but man Sarah's upper body (which is dy-no-mite) just climbed up a few rungs on the ladder.  We are not discussing lower body, though...

thats the problem with bodybuilding goldbricker, its all just based on opinion! no set guidelines! thats why its not a sport....more of a hobby

They need to stand side by side, otherwise it's more about which photo is best.

Alina's biceps aren't fully flexed in that pic, although Sarah does have incredible biceps which are arguably the best in the world. Kim's all shoulders and arms(and chest to a lesser extent). Alina has the best overall physique. Looking forward to weekend recon Alina will be 2nd or 3rd. Kim and Sarah could possibly make top 6 even with their relatively poor leg development. Legs in the last few competitions seem to have been overlooked, maybe that's because many female pros don't have great legs?
