When I Started: Sep, 1992
How I Started: I started lifting weights my freshman year of high school during track season and developed a strong passion for fitness. My dad was also a competitive power lifter and Golden Glove Boxer and my mother very active in fitness.
Why I Love It: I love to push myself to ultimate limits. It is also empowering to inspire other people to do the same.
How I Stay Motivated: I want be a role model for my daughter and clients.
