Have to wonder if lifting that heavy would be safe for the kid

There is no problem at all. She demonstrate how strong she is by controling the weights strickly with her arms, shoulders and back. The ABS are completely release (they are becoming inexistent) which bring a perfect control in the movement.
The only danger would be if the girl was not used to lift weight which is obviously not the case.

I'm guessing she is from the U.S. or else that would be about 40lbs. (which also ain't bad )
