i guess you just have to take a chance, so book a regular session with a fbb. when your like a fifteen minutes into the session just ask her. but be polite and respectful about it. you should also bring a few extra $100 bills, lube and condoms.

i have never asked for full service, but thats how i would go about it.

It's a tricky play and ultimately a YMMV thing.  I have got shut down very early if I even had a nuanced question in an email for some FBB's.  They are looking out for LE and have a lot to lose.  A FBB once told me to stress "sensual companionship" in my request, but, "companionship" can denote something that might make them skittish.
I always go in with condoms and lube, and fully prepared to politely walk if it's not in the cards.  No disrespect to the guys that love to wrestle, but when I see FBB's, the last thing I am thinking about is wrestling.......
