The term "Go Blue" is trademarked by the Unieristy of Michigan (Wolverines).  Type in You are not allowed to view links. Register or Login and see what happens.  Oh surprise, surprise; the website for Michigan University.

The Utah State Aggies use the blue on their uniforms, but their fighting song goes as:
"See the colors flying, the Aggie blue and fighting white..." and then their chant is "Utah State, hey.  Aggies all they way.  Go Aggies, go Aggies, hey, hey, hey!"

They NEVER make reference to the "Go Blue" term in any of their songs, merchandise, etc. because they CAN NOT.  Again, Michigan University has it trademarked.

Second, Demonika points out that the guy she was dealing with has the SAME signature as you.  So you are trying to tell us that there are 2 people that have the SAME signature, both live in the U.S., and both are schmoes?  Plus, both of you contacted her, AND at the same time?  Pretty strange how a guy with the same signature would contact her and yet she also knows you are on this board with the exact same signature.

No one is arguing this point.  As your signature states "Go M" -->There is your block "M".

Now the question is, why did you do it Serpico?  Why did you give the false review?  Not only was it a false review, but it was given in a negative way that could potentially hurt her business, both financially and goodwill.

You are a very stupid person.  In the "business" world, you could be sued for such a stunt as this as you have caused defamation of her character.  Ever heard of libel and slander?  Look it up.  What game were you trying to play with her?  Pretending to be a sponsor?  Why were you trying to deceive her into giving you her personal information?  That is very scary.

Any other posts and comments you have made are worthless because:

No, Utah State does not use the "Go Blue" term.  Anyone who follows NCAA sports knows this.
As far as you using the term "we", you live in Michigan.  The number of Aggie fans in Michigan would be far and few between, if any.
As mentioned in post #66, "Go Blue" can not be used by Utah State because of trademark laws; try to grasp that.
Even if you are a Utah State fan, that still does not expain why your signature reads as "M Go Blue", a direct correlation to Michigan's website, let alone the fact that you have "Michigan" in the signature.

Your case is very week and I can't imagine anyone is believing you.

In her emails to me about you she did give me your name and told me that she has block you from her friends list on FaceBook. I've not posted in a while ,saw Demonika in Chicago in January, she IS the girl in the previous video, she replied immediately
