New practice I personally call scam

Hello

It seems a new policies appear among session providers: they not only ask a deposit but they urge a "verification" short video call they charge (50 euros or so).
Already 2 providers asking this in a few days: Lady Mara and Maquinita Wrestler.
What do you think about that?
I suspect possible scam, as both are recent profiles with little references, but even if it is not, I think we should not accept such extra cost and. Session providers had complicated procedures from month to month (ID, references, forms...) and rates are getting higher and higher. I understand they have to face time wasters and have security issues, but common sense would help in order not to make honest and experienced clients patience lose patience. Where will this stop?

Maquinita is a scammer. She stole a deposit from me when she was calling herself No Pain No Gain, or Double Dose. I posted about it here:

It is more risky than ever to deposit for a session with a new girl with no history of sessions.
In these scam days, it may not even be her.

Be patient and see if she gets any reviews, discussion, etc.

I find the more restrictive the SG is the higher the rate and the lower her interest in fun.

I think there's a balance to be found here.

I completely understand why some session providers have become more cautious. They've probably dealt with fake bookings, last-minute cancellations, time wasters, and people using stolen photos or identities. A quick verification call may help them confirm they're dealing with a genuine client.

Where I become more hesitant is when the verification itself carries a significant fee. If it's simply a brief identity check, charging €50 for a few minutes can feel excessive, especially before a booking has even been confirmed.

For established providers with a long track record and plenty of positive reviews, clients may be more willing to accept additional requirements because they've built trust over the years. But for newer providers with limited feedback, I think it's reasonable for clients to be cautious as well. Trust works both ways.

Personally, I'd want to know whether the verification fee is deducted from the session price if I go ahead with the booking. If it's credited toward the session, that seems more understandable. If it's a separate, non-refundable charge just to verify yourself, I'd probably think twice.

At the end of the day, providers have every right to set their own booking policies, and clients have every right to decide whether those policies work for them. As long as both sides are transparent from the beginning, everyone can make an informed decision.

I'd be interested to hear whether this is becoming a widespread trend or if it's still limited to a handful of providers. Has anyone here completed one of these paid verification calls, and if so, how did it go?

Avoid Maquinita. She's a thief

My guess is with the diminshing sessioniate pool, this will become a bigger practice just like the standard session fee jumping from $300 to $500 rapidly. Yes part of that was inflation but also post pandemic the supply of sessioniates just got a lot smaller therefore the ladies can upcharge more because it's simple supply and demand. I would argue that the pool of guys willing to session as dropped (mostly younger men who seem content to be locked in their bedroom watching stuff on their screens and having dates with their palms) but not as much as the number of ladies willing to session since they don't have to. Yes there is potentially a bigger payoff sessioning but also way more risk from costs to asshole men. Meanwhile they can make a ton of money not even leaving their bedrooms with no risk and hardly any money they have to put into it.

So I think this will become a pretty standard practice over the next 10-15 years. And like you said, it has it's pros and cons just like anything else.

$500 is a crazy steal in 2026. (If you're a muscle size snob, anyway).

Wow it's really jumping up in price fast then! What would you say is the growing rate then currently if it's over $500?

I've seen $800 thrown around with a straight face more than once. Sorry, babes. I love muscle worship sessions but I don't *need* them *that bad*. I've paid $600 and $650 for two sessionettes that are considered to be premium providers. (Again, if you're a muscle size snob). I think that's my line.

FBBMW

The most reasonable rates are from the SGs who are older and been around a long time.
IE: Lora, Storm, Kandy, Nikki, etc.  They have lots of regulars, so don't have to raise rates.

Going above $500 to me needs to have looks/muscle that are special to me.
I started sessions when they were $300 and included extras.
I am gradually getting retired from sessions, because there aren't nearly as many actual FBB's
available now.    Guys into domination + wrestling still have a good selection.

The volume of skinny goths on SG is so depressing that it's threatening to turn me goth.

LOL, agree! Athletic girls now though have other streams of revenue mostly thru sponsorship that they don't need to session. Goth girls don't have as many opportunities outside of findom (and they are pushed out a lot by the sorority type girls who have taken over that along with some athletic girls) so they turned to sessioning.

Again, I think it's a sign of how much the scene has shrunk in terms of providers.
