Whats been your experience going backstage as a guy to support female figure,wellness, bikini athletes? I just might see all that deliciousness and faint!

I've never had a backstage pass myself, but from what friends who've attended shows have told me, it's a very different atmosphere from what people imagine.

Backstage is all business. The athletes are focused on getting ready—pumping up, checking their posing, touching up tanning products, eating small meals, staying hydrated, and trying to stay mentally locked in before they go on stage.

If you're there to support someone, I think the best approach is to be respectful of their time and energy. A quick "Good luck!" or helping with simple things if they ask is probably more appreciated than trying to have a long conversation while they're preparing.

As a fan of female bodybuilding, I can understand why seeing so many elite physiques in one place would be exciting. But I'd also remember that, for the athletes, it's competition day and they're there to perform at their best.

I'd love to hear from members who have actually had backstage access. Was it what you expected, or was it much more focused and professional than the audience realizes?
