More pics of Li Lian over here.  Seriously, go sign up so you can view the high res pics.  Worth every penny.  Better yet, buy the individual downloads for massive 3,480 x 2,320 pixels pics.  Her arms, legs and especially her back are so friggin muscular for a fitness competitor.  She can give some less ripped FBBs a run for their money!  If only her abs were even more toned and she'd have a near perfect physique.

Where did you get the first pic from?  Didn't see it on fabodylous nor thaibody.  Video was kinda dark but good enough to see her muscles.  Man, even back in 2004 she had an amazing back!  Little wonder she looks like that now!!!

Has anyone seen newer videos of her?  thaibody used to upload videos from contests but I don't see any videos from the two contests in Singapore so far.

Was quite surprised by the contest results.  She placed third in the WBPF contest after Szeilvia Czeine & Kang Hea Yueng. I'm saying this not just as an admirer of Li Lian's but seriously, her physique was miles ahead of Szeilvia and Hea Yueng.  How the heck did she get third place?  Even second place would have been a joke!             

The Asian Championships was a bigger joke.  Lilian also placed third after Roongtawan Jindasing & Kang Hea Yueng.  Ok Roongtawan was in good shape although it is debatable as to whether she or Li Lian was in better shape.  But Hea Yueng?  She's toned but IMO her physique wasn't good enough to be in top 3 let alone second place!

Sharon Lim from Singapore placed fourth and she too was not exactly what one would called ripped.  Li Lian's physique was so much better than Sharon's so how the hell did Li Lian get third and Sharon fourth?
