A pretty 136 pound girl with beautiful arms who can lift 286 pounds over her head.  Does it get any better?

Sibel took the bronze this past week in the 63 kg class of the European championships (one of the toughest classes).  She was third in C&J and second in the snatch.

No updates on Sibel Simsek in far too long, but for those who are interested she is still lifting, winning competitions, and wearing the nicest biceps in the sport as far as I know. Also, I think she may compete in the summer olympics. Here she was in a comp earlier this year.

This board should plan to have a vote on the best female physique in the upcoming Olympic games.  I don't know of anyone out there who could best Sibel, except maybe Romanian wrestler Estera Dobre (assuming she will compete).

Much better physique has Irina Merleni from Ukraine who supposedly is going to start in London. She was the first ever female wrestler who won gold medal in 2004. She is tiny, 4'11 but very muscular. Also I see weightlifter Tian Yuan from China as good example of "tiny buff athlete". She is 4'8 or 4'9, weights about 48 kg, but she won gold medals in every competition she was contenting. She probably will win the gold too.
Sibel Simsek however is the most muscular olympic weighlifter I've ever seen. Weightlifter are very strong but their physiques are rather compact, not the "typical muscular" one. I saw personally Polish weightlifter who won the gold on European Championships this year and looked rather normal, although she could weight about 120 kg on clean and jerk.
