"Best Combination of Size AND Shape Ever?"

Usually it's one or the other:

- Size
- Or aesthetics

But a few competitors managed to bring both at a high level.

Who do you think had the best balance of mass and shape?

Not just big... not just aesthetic — the perfect mix.

This is one of the best debates because very few physiques truly balance both without compromise.

If I had to pick one:

Lenda Murray (early 90s peak)

She's probably the cleanest example of:

• Enough size to dominate
• But never at the expense of shape and flow

Her look had:

• Full, round muscle bellies
• A tiny waist / wide shoulder structure
• Legs that matched her upper body without overpowering it

She wasn't the biggest—but she was big enough, and that's what matters.

Close contenders:

Iris Kyle (peak years)

• More mass and density than Lenda
• Still maintained solid structure
• Slight trade-off: not quite the same flow/aesthetic polish

Yaxeni Oriquen

• Incredible lower body + overall thickness
• Very muscular, but still clearly feminine and structured
• Arguably one of the best blends of power + shape

Andrea Shaw (current era)

• Modern version of this balance
• Brings size without looking blocky
• Very controlled, polished look

What separates the best in this category:

It's not just having both—it's:
→ neither one hurting the other

A lot of physiques:

• Add size → lose flow
• Keep shape → lack impact

The rare ones:
👉 keep shape intact while scaling up size

So for me:

• Best all-time balance → Lenda Murray
• Most mass while keeping shape → Iris Kyle
• Best lower-body dominant balance → Yaxeni
• Best modern example → Andrea Shaw

Lenda is still the benchmark because she hit that sweet spot where:
👉 you couldn't argue she needed more of anything.

Curious if anyone has a dark horse pick who balanced both without getting the same recognition.
