If we're talking best back ever, you almost have to split it into types—because different athletes maxed out different aspects.

But if I had to pick one overall... I'm still going Iris Kyle (late 2000s peak).

Why Iris:

• Thickness → arguably unmatched in the women's side
• Detail → deep separation top to bottom
• Consistency → brought that back every time, not just once or twice

Her rear shots didn't just win poses—they shut down comparisons.

That said, a few others absolutely deserve to be in the top tier:

Yaxeni Oriquen-Garcia

• Maybe the best combo of back + glutes/ham tie-in
• Not always as thick as Iris, but incredibly complete from the rear

Kim Chizevsky

• Dense and grainy—that late 90s hardness
• When she hit it right, the texture was on another level

Lenda Murray

• More about width and shape than raw thickness
• One of the best V-tapers ever, which made her back stand out differently

Debi Laszewski

• Underrated here—very clean lines and detail
• Not the biggest, but extremely refined and aesthetic

So depending on criteria:

• Best overall (all 3: thickness, width, detail) → Iris
• Best shape + tie-ins → Yaxeni
• Best grainy density → Kim
• Best aesthetic V-taper → Lenda

If we're judging like a show though, where everything matters at once, Iris is still the one that's hardest to beat from the back.

Curious if anyone has a dark horse—maybe a one-show peak where someone brought a back that rivals these.
