Let's define "complete" properly:

- Symmetry
- Proportion
- Conditioning
- Stage presence

Who brought all of it together better than anyone else?

Not just your favorite — the most complete package.

Curious to see if Saradas agrees on this or if it's all over the place.

If we're being strict about "complete" — not just one standout trait, but everything clicking at once — I still land on Lenda Murray (early 90s peak).

She checks every box cleanly:

• Symmetry → almost textbook. Nothing out of place, everything balanced
• Proportion → ideal structure (tiny waist, wide shoulders, full legs)
• Conditioning → not the grainiest ever, but always exactly what the physique needed
• Stage presence → confident, composed, and effortless

What separates her is that no category pulls ahead at the expense of another. With a lot of physiques:

• Extreme conditioning can hurt fullness
• Added size can disrupt flow
• Standout body parts can throw off balance

Lenda avoided all of that. She didn't just have strengths—she had no real weaknesses.

Close contenders depending on how you weight things:

• Iris Kyle → maybe the most complete under modern criteria (size + conditioning + consistency), but slightly less "flow" than Lenda
• Kim Chizevsky (peak) → unmatched density/conditioning, but aesthetics take a back seat
• Juliette Bergmann → incredibly aesthetic and balanced, just not as much total muscle

So for me:

• Best "balanced ideal" → Lenda
• Best "maximized completeness for judging" → Iris

If we're defining "complete" as the physique that leaves the fewest questions anywhere, Lenda is still the one.

Curious if anyone has a dark horse pick—someone who maybe didn't dominate but actually checked all four boxes just as well.
