Some physiques are great for their time. Others feel... timeless.

If you had to pick one female bodybuilder whose physique would win in any era — who is it?

- 80s
- 90s
- 2000s
- Today

Would they adapt... or were they already ahead of their time?

Post photos if you can — especially comparisons across eras.

If I had to pick one, I'm going Lenda Murray (early 90s peak).

She's the closest thing to a "universal translator" physique the sport has ever had.

Why she works in any era:

• 80s (Cory era) → She has the shape, femininity, and presentation, just with a bit more muscle. She fits right in, probably even stands out.
• 90s (her era) → Already proven. This is the ideal balance point of size + symmetry + flow.
• Late 90s / 2000s (Kim/Iris shift) → She'd need to come in a bit harder and denser, but the structure is already there. You can add conditioning—you can't build that frame.
• Today → Honestly, she might be more appreciated now with the renewed emphasis on balance. She'd still be competitive immediately.

What makes her different:

• Elite structure (tiny waist, wide shoulders)
• Round muscle bellies that hold size without ruining flow
• No real weak points—everything connects

A lot of physiques dominate their era. Lenda's is one of the few that can adapt across criteria changes without breaking.

Other candidates:

• Iris Kyle → wins most eras, but might be "too much" for earlier ones
• Cory Everson → perfect for early eras, but likely outsized later
• Juliette Bergmann → incredibly aesthetic, but might need more size in some eras

Lenda is the one where you don't have to make excuses or adjustments—she just fits.

Curious if anyone has a different pick, because this is one of those debates where a single name is really hard to lock in.
