"Top 5 Female Bodybuilders of All Time – Your List"

No wrong answers — but explain your picks.

Always tough to narrow it to 5, but if we're talking a mix of impact, physique, and legacy, here's where I land:

1. Iris Kyle
Hard to put anyone else at #1. 10 Olympia titles, insane consistency, and the ability to dominate across years and competitors. She didn't just win—she defined her era.

2. Lenda Murray
The blueprint. Shape, symmetry, muscle bellies—arguably the most "complete" physique ever. She set a standard that people still reference today.

3. Kim Chizevsky-Nicholls
Peak conditioning and density. When she was on, she brought a level of hardness that changed expectations for what was possible.

4. Cory Everson
You can't ignore her influence. She made women's bodybuilding mainstream and set the early standard for what the sport looked like.

5. Yaxeni Oriquen-Garcia
Longevity + one of the most recognizable physiques ever. That combination of shape (especially lower body) and competitiveness across eras earns her a spot.

Honorable mentions:

• Bev Francis (ahead of her time, changed the trajectory of the sport)
• Juliette Bergmann (comeback story + aesthetics)
• Alina Popa (arguably best to never win Olympia)

I tried to balance who was the best vs. who mattered most, which is where these lists get tricky.

Curious what others prioritize more—pure physique, or impact on the sport?
