Colette was one of our most photographed/videotaped physique models during the 2000s, and she 'closed in' on Sharon Marvel and Melissa Coates as far as that goes. We did work with Colette in top contest shape and in strong off-season condition over the years and for this session she was the latter for sure, as she was training to compete in one of the strength contests. We were not able to go to that 'Raye Hollitt' strength contest so we had our own 'WPW Contest' in the gym with her, and she literally moved tons of iron for this taping. At 5'5" 160 pounds she did almost 30 pullups and benched her weight for 30 reps, and you wont believe how many dips she was able to do in a row. After some more strength/endurance lifting she posed bodybuilding-style in a bikini and three dresses, then was interviewed. This 30 year old had quite the year in 2004, winning her class or overall in 3 top contests (Team Universe, North Americans and Amateur Worlds), then winning Raye's strength contest! And, this video was a great way to top all that off!
