That's a solid resolution, especially with a home gym setup 💪
Mine is focusing on consistency in 2026, showing up regularly and building better habits overall.

Same resolution every year: Lift weights, read books, eat clean, watch old movies, level up at work, pursue my hobbies, get good sleep, and lighten up and have a drink with friends on the weekends.

Workout consistently and drink less caffine. So far been doing good on both. Limited my caffeine intake to just a cup of coffee in the morning

Nice, having a home gym is a game changer—removes like 90% of the excuses right there.

For me, it's less about a big resolution and more about consistency:

• Train 4–5x a week, no long gaps

• Clean up nutrition during the week (not perfect, just consistent)

• Prioritize sleep more—probably the most underrated part of progress

I've found that setting something simple and repeatable works way better than going all-in for a month and burning out.

For you, since you've got the home setup now, the biggest win is just showing up regularly, even if the workouts aren't perfect at first.

What did you put in your home gym?
