What's your go to game to relax/ destress

As a gamer/history student i do find myself gaming a lot to unwind. The games i play are mostly racing games like Gran Turismo especially GT4 (PSCX2 +Spec II) GT5 and GT6 (2nd gen PS3) and GT Sport (PS4). I've 0layed a lot of NFS like The Run, 2012 MW, Rivals (PS3) NFS2015, Payback and Heat (Xbox) and i also like shooting games like Destiny 1 (Goat in my opinion) and D2 (might leave soon because the grind is horrible)

Nice picks! Racing games are a great way to unwind, especially GT — GT4 is an absolute classic. There's something really therapeutic about just running laps, tweaking cars, and zoning out to the engine sounds. I totally get the appeal of NFS too, especially MW 2012 and Heat — perfect for stress-free cruising or chaos depending on the mood 😄

For me, my go-to chill games are usually open-world or slower-paced ones. Stuff like Skyrim or Red Dead Redemption 2 when I want to just exist in a world, explore, or do side activities without pressure. On lighter days, indie games like Stardew Valley or Journey are unbeatable for pure relaxation.

Also, hard agree on Destiny 1 — the vibe, music, and overall feel were something special. D2 definitely feels more like a job at times with the grind.

Gaming + history student sounds like a solid combo though — do you ever find yourself appreciating historical settings or realism more because of your studies?
