Joan Lauth - WPW149

We met Joan in 1989 and at the time she was in the same league as Tommie Moreau as among the most muscular women bodybuilders up through that time. This Floridian had a complete physique, but was known mostly for her awesome upper body- incredible biceps, triceps, back....so it becomes almost easy to overlook her legs. We did two sessions with her in 1989- in her fabulous contest shape at 140 pounds (5'4"), then off-season at 160 pounds, when she showed more size and still very good definition. Due to her extreme strength for that time (and even 25+ years later), we did gymwork where she did some great lifts, including a 250 pound bench, 150 pound curl (VERY hard to do), 800 pound leg presses and more. Of course, we then did plenty of posing in swimsuits and dresses as we did for when she was in contest shape, and her interview is also included.
